We pride ourselves on knowing the product we sell. We are often out and about on on-site visits to ensure the homes we sell and the developers we work with are top-notch. We also do our research on pricing and other comparable factors. Best of all, you’ll have only one point of contact who’ll help you through it all.
WHY WE DO IT…
The Real Estate industry is quite an old one (the oldest actually!) and now there seems to be an information overload with property portals where you scroll endlessly and have to enter information manually. Buyers are often confused about where to start, and how to go about finding the right place, and too many options and therefore get lost. At Zipkin we know there is a better way to do this and have the best team on hand to match you quickly and will also keep you updated with upcoming options directly.

Zipkin is led by our CEO and Head of Sales – Juliana French. An avid Math lover and mum to 3 young children, Juliana has extensive experience in the property including residential and commercial lettings and sales, alongside property management for investors. She loves being part of one of the biggest investments anyone will make in their lifetime and is determined to ensure they are looked after well as the process can often be quite stressful. Passionate about housing, Juliana is working on solutions to tackle the housing crisis as a long-term project.
